A Demain

A strand of feathers forms the starting point of this video work. The performance begins with this feather strand and the protagonist moves with it in two different cultural living spaces. The insertion of still images in each segment refers to the other living space, connected by the blue of feathers and clouds and the sound of bells ringing. Beginning in the place of origin of her own cultural space, she takes the strand of feathers to the place of the other cultural space. It ends with her leaving this space, this other cultural space, in her red dress with the strand of feathers and driving away in a taxi.
The video was one of two shown in the installation Inside Outside in the group show at the Kunstverein Freiburg.
