Outside In.

Exterior and interior spaces, cultural spaces are in a network of relationships in which the protagonist is embedded in the drawings. The drawings are based on parts of photographs staged with the artist as the protagonist, which were not produced as photographic works. The performative approach in the photographs is maintained in the drawings, whereby a new context emerges in terms of content and form that remains enigmatic. While the smaller-format drawings are exclusively in black and white, a formal element in gouache is added in the large-format drawings.
